These are warm-ups for your bow. You may want to start with the bow hold exercises and then the ones with the bow on the string, playing open strings. You may pick a different exercise every time you practice.
All your attention should be on your bow hold, bow arm and later on your sound.
Just bow in you hand:
Bow circles - small

With bow on the string: These warm-ups can be played on any string
Down Bow & Up Bow Direction on D string
Say your name on A string
Ice - Cream on G string (slow)
Ants, Ants, Ants, In My Pants! on D string (medium speed)
Apple, Apple on G string (medium speed)
Pepperoni Pizza Mmm, Mmm on C string (fast)
